Insights

A combined view of how your business is doing, pulled from every Sparky product your organization uses — without having to open each one separately.

The three views

• Founder — a six-month trend: revenue vs. expense, pipeline (deals won vs. lost), delivery utilization (billable hours), support health (tickets created vs. closed), and OnTour adoption (travelers signed up vs. not yet). A card only appears if your organization actually uses that product — an organization with only Invoices and Expenses sees a smaller dashboard, nothing breaks.
• Accountant — pick one month at a time: a combined profit & loss, outstanding receivables, and GST payable split by tax head (CGST/SGST/IGST kept separate, since they're separate liabilities). Export what you see to a spreadsheet.
• All Facts — the underlying day-by-day numbers everything above is built from, if you want the raw detail.

Any number shown here links straight back to that product's own, more detailed report — Insights summarizes, it never replaces a product's own reporting.

Keeping it up to date

Data refreshes automatically once a day. A small "Data as of…" note shows how recent it is. If it's stale and you can't wait, a refresh control pulls fresh numbers right away — available at most once an hour.

Giving your accountant a look

Invite them as a team member (see Team) with the Audit role. They'll see the same Insights numbers you do, read-only, without being able to change anything.
