Changing your plan

You manage everything in one place: Settings, then Manage subscription in SparkyLi. Only the organization owner can change a plan.

Upgrading

  • Pick the bundle and the plan (Plus or Max), choose monthly or yearly, and pay. You see the exact amount at checkout before you confirm.
  • The new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Every product in the bundle switches over together; there is nothing to set up in each product.
  • Nothing you have is changed or moved. You just get the higher limits and the extra features.
  • Your previous subscription is cancelled at that moment, so you are never billed twice. Any time left on it is not refunded and not carried over: the new plan starts at its full price with its own billing period.
  • If a payment fails, you stay on your current plan.

Downgrading or cancelling

  • It is a request, not instant. A member of our team reviews it, and the change happens at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then you keep everything you have today.
  • Cancelling returns every product in the bundle to its free plan (Lite). Nothing is charged again.
  • Your data is not deleted. Everything you created is kept.
  • Over the lower plan's limits? Until the change lands, nothing moves. After it, you cannot add more while you are over a limit. We give 30 days' notice, then archive the extras with one rule for every organization: the most recently updated items stay, the older ones move out of sight. This covers contacts, proposals, recurring invoice templates, website pages, blog posts and active projects.
  • Archived items are kept, not deleted. We restore them when you upgrade again.
  • Team members: we keep the owner and the longest-standing members up to the lower plan's seat limit. The others are switched off, not removed, and can be switched back on after an upgrade.
  • Some features switch off until you upgrade again. The information they hold stays.
  • Campaigns in Sparky Contacts beyond the lower plan's active limit are paused, not removed.

Common questions

Do you give refunds?

No. Payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time in a period. This does not limit any right you have under the law where you live. If you think you were charged in error, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.

When does a cancellation or downgrade take effect?

At the end of the period you already paid for. Until then your plan stays fully active. Our team reviews the request first.

What happens when I upgrade?

It starts straight away at the full price of the new plan, and your previous subscription is cancelled so you are not billed twice. Time left on the old plan is not refunded and not carried over.

Will I lose my data if I go down a plan?

No. Nothing is deleted. If you have more items or team members than the lower plan allows, we email you first and give at least 30 days' notice. After that the extras are archived, which means frozen and out of sight, and they come back if you upgrade again.

Which features do I lose?

The extra features and higher limits of the plan you leave. The information they hold stays in your account.

Why does a plan change cover several products?

You subscribe to a bundle, which is one subscription for every product in it. Changing the bundle changes all of its products together.

Who can change the plan?

Only the organization owner. Other members can see the plan but not change it.

Before a renewal

We email the organization's contact address three days before each paid renewal, so a charge is never a surprise. If you would rather change or cancel, do it from Manage subscription before the renewal date.

Compare plans on the pricing page. Questions? Use the contact form there and we will reply within one business day.
